Delete your Kepvana account

You can delete your account and everything in it at any time, in the app or by email.

In the app (immediate)

1. Open Kepvana and go to Settings.
2. Open Account and tap Delete my account.
3. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete my account.

Your account is deleted straight away. There is no undo. Before you do, you can save your year-end summary from the same screen.

Only want to remove Kepvana’s records and keep your login? Use Settings → Account → Remove Kepvana data instead.

Without the app (by email)

Email support@kepvana.com from the email address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my Kepvana account”. We may reply to confirm it’s really you, then delete the account and tell you when it’s done, within 30 days and usually much sooner.

What gets deleted

• Your login, which is also your login for our other apps, such as GroomWorth, and every business you own in them.
• Each business and its settings.
• Every expense, receipt photo and PDF, job, repeating bill and imported charge.
• Your answers to the reading-with-AI questions, and the record of readings.

What may remain for a while

• Copies in our providers’ backups, for up to 30 days, after which they are overwritten.
• Receipts or statements read with AI: Anthropic deletes its copy within 30 days.
• Delivery records of account emails we sent you, which our email provider keeps for a limited time.

Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a Kepvana Pro subscription bought in the App Store or Google Play. If you have one, cancel it in your store’s subscription settings too.
